The Minneapolis Grain Exchange, located at South 4th Street and South 4th Avenue, Minneapolis, portrays 20th century charm at its finest. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, tracery designs and pilasters formed with buff-colored terra cotta adorn the three Exchange buildings. Built between 1900 and 1902, the Minneapolis Grain Exchange is one of the city’s most dignified turn-of-the-century office buildings.

Access

In great demand, the Grain Exchange has one of the highest tenancy rates in Minneapolis. The building is located just blocks from the major interstate systems and shares the 4th Street and 4th Avenue corner with City Hall, the Federal Courts Building and the new Hennepin County Jail. It is also just two blocks from the Hennepin County Government Center. The Metrodome, Nicollet Mall and the Entertainment District are within walking distance.

The Grain Exchange is a prime, central place to do business. Ramp, outdoor lot and meter parking surround the Grain Exchange. Employee and visitor parking is ample, and several mass transit bus stops are located in the vicinity of the building.

Amenities

The Minneapolis Grain Exchange houses a U.S. Post Office, a restaurant, a barber shop and a convenience store. Office space is rented by lawyers, architects, food companies and commodities brokers. After-hours security service ensures easy and safe access to tenant offices any time, day or night.

Fair rates for quality, modern space make Grain Exchange offices popular. See for yourself the elegance and class Grain Exchange offices can create for your business.
