How are maintenance issues handled?

There are general maintenance items that are covered by the building staff and indicated in the Lease Agreement. When a tenant has a special request that is not a general building item, we have staff that is contracted to perform the request at an hourly rate or a formal bid, depending on the extent of the job.

What are the building hours?

The buildings are unlocked from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. As a tenant you have access 24 hours a day, seven days a week using a card access system and guard service.

Is there a post office nearby?

We happen to have a post office on the main floor of our North building.

What restaurants are close to the building?

The Little Wagon is next door and Four Seasons is a tenant on the first floor of the North Building. Additionally, there are a number of other restaurants within a very short walking distance to the buildings.

Where is the closest bus stop to the building?

We are right on the bus line with stops made right outside the door several times a day.

Do you have vending machines or is there a store nearby?

There are vending machines on the fourth floor of the Main Building for after-hours use. During the day, you can shop at a convenience store located on the first floor of the Main Building.

Where is the closest bank?

The closest bank is a few blocks away, however we have an ATM on the first floor of the Main Building.

Do you recycle?

Yes, we recycle paper, cardboard and cans.

Where would we park?

The Haaf Parking Ramp is next door to the building. The Gateway Parking Ramp is directly across the street from the building.

Are you on or near the skyway?

The North Building is on the skyway system. This skyway gives you access to virtually all of downtown Minneapolis. We are also on the tunnel system (below ground) with simple access to the Government Center, City Hall and the Courthouse.

How close is the light rail system to the building?

We are less than one city block from a main light rail station on 5th Street.
