How are maintenance issues handled?

General maintenance items are covered by the building staff and indicated in the Lease Agreement. When a tenant has a special request that is not a general building item, staff is contracted to perform the request at an hourly rate or a formal bid, depending on the extent of the job.

What are the building hours?

The buildings are unlocked from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. As a tenant you have access 24 hours a day, seven days a week using a card access system and guard service.

Is there a post office nearby?

A post office is located on the main floor of our North building.

What restaurants are close to the building?

The Little Wagon is next door and Four Seasons is a tenant on the first floor of the North Building. Additionally, there are a number of other restaurants within a very short walking distance to the buildings.

Where is the closest bus stop to the building?

Bus stops are located right outside the door several times a day.

Do you have vending machines or is there a store nearby?

There are vending machines on the fourth floor of the Main Building for after-hours use. During the day, you can shop at a convenience store located on the first floor of the Main Building.

Where is the closest bank?

We have an ATM on the first floor of the Main Building.  The closest bank is a few blocks away along with several others accessible by skyway.

Do you recycle?

Yes, we recycle paper, cardboard, cans and plastic bottles.

Where can we park?

There are many options to park near the buildings. Haaf Parking Ramp is next door to the Eas Building and connected via tunnel.  The Gateway Parking Ramp is directly across the street from the North Building and connected via skyway. There are many other parking ramps, lots and street parking.

Are you on or near the skyway?

The North Building is on the skyway system. This skyway gives you access to virtually all of downtown Minneapolis. We are also on the tunnel system (below ground) with access to the Government Center, City Hall and the Courthouse.

How close is the light rail system to the building?

We are less than one city block from a light rail station on 5th Street.
